As we come together to create an unforgettable celebration, we kindly ask that you review and agree to the following terms to ensure everything goes smoothly: Volunteer/Participant Expectations: -Volunteers/Participants are expected to be friendly, approachable, and respectful to all festival guests and fellow volunteers. -Your time commitment is greatly appreciated. Please be sure to arrive on time for your assigned shift and be ready to help with a positive attitude! Safety First: -Your safety and the safety of others are our top priority. Please be aware of your surroundings and follow all safety guidelines and instructions given by festival staff. -If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to ask! We’re here to help. Communication: -We’ll stay in touch with you through email and phone to keep you updated about your role and any changes to the festival schedule. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions before, during, or after the event. Respecting the Environment: -We love our festival’s inclusive, family-friendly atmosphere. Please help us keep the festival grounds clean and welcoming for all attendees by picking up after yourself and encouraging others to do the same. Additional Terms: -The festival organizers reserve the right to make changes to volunteer shifts or responsibilities based on the needs of the event. We’ll keep you in the loop if anything changes!
