Describe Items to be sold/promoted at booth.
If you are not selling a physical product, your booth must include an interactive game or activity to help draw in visitors and give you an opportunity to share more about your business or organization.
To keep the event engaging and diverse, we limit the number of booths using the same type of game. The most popular options—spin-the-wheel and cornhole—fill up quickly and are approved on a first come, first served basis.
Booth Setup Acknowledgements:
You will need to bring your own tent, tables, chairs and supplies.
Your tent will be appropriately weighted. (Bring weights for your canopy legs in case of high winds the day of the event)
Electricity is NOT available at this year's event.
Quiet generators MUST be pre-approved.
Rain-or-Shine event; no refunds for weather.
You are responsible for your own Sales Tax.
You will remove all trash from your booth area; no dumpsters will be available.
