This application includes vendors in categories such as gyms, home services, clothing, jewelry, art,  cottage vendors/bakeries (non-temperature controlled), home décor, furniture, children's toys, and other consumer goods that do not include the sale of open food/beverages. This application is NOT for food trucks, restaurants, or wineries.

Please fill out the vendor application and wait for approval. Upon receiving approval, you will then be able to pick your booth space at the event by logging back into your Eventeny account. Payment will be requested by Eventeny once your booth space has been selected. Prices will vary. Arrival information will go out 2 weeks prior to the event.

IMPORTANT TO READ: You will not have a reserved space at the event until your booth space has been both selected AND paid for in full. This is an electronic agreement and by paying the fee and submitting your application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

This application is is intended for wineries. This application is NOT for food trucks, restaurants, or marketplace businesses - please look at our other applications if you are in that category. We are expecting 4,500+ in attendance- you do not want to miss this event!

This festival is a great opportunity for wineries to promote their brands, sell products, reach new audiences, and engage with thousands of attendees! We wouldn't be able to do what we do without YOU, our valuable wine partners, as your play a key role in making these events a success!  For this event, wine tasting tickets will be sold to attendees in sheets of (20) tickets. Wineries will be reimbursed $0.50 per tasting ticket for a 1- ounce pour. Tickets will be collected at the end of the event and reimbursements will be mailed out to the address provided to the winery the week following the event. Wineries will also be able to sell wine by the glass and by the bottle. Purchases for wine by the glass or bottle can be sold at your tent for cash/credit/tickets. Bottle sold to attendees will be for them to take home only. Attendees will be unable to open and consume the bottle at the event.
