Thank you for wanting to share your love of retro and vintage gaming with our community! We are grateful to those with the power of their media influence who want to help educate the public about our all volunteer run event. Founded in 2014, Free Play Florida is an annual three day celebration of electronic gaming of all kinds driven by the enthusiastic gamers of the south east. Over 250 arcades, pinball games, and consoles are all set to free play, no quarters needed.
Our parent company, Byte Amusement Group, is a 501c3 non-profit organization run entirely by dedicated volunteers. Every dollar from donations, sponsors, and ticket sales goes directly back into putting on the show and supporting the local gaming community through our education efforts.

Swap Meet Application
Free Play Florida is excited to host another Swap Meet at this year's event! This is your opportunity to buy, sell, or trade all things arcade, pinball, console, retro computer, parts, etc. THIS APPLICATION IS NOT FOR VENDORS. The Swap Meet will take place on Saturday morning November 22, 2025 from 9:00am - 1:00pm. Any Free Play Florida ticketholder is welcome to attend and make purchases at the indoor Swap Meet. Limited space is available for sellers.
Seller Requirement
YOU MUST HAVE A TICKET TO THE EVENT. You can purchase a ticket or have gained entry to the event by being a game contributor. Game contributors receive priority application approval.
Swap Meet Space
One 6 foot Swap Meet table, indoors at the Caribe Royale Resort. Only one table per person. You are responsible in ensuring your items are not encroaching on neighboring sellers, aisles, or doors. All unsold items must be removed promptly at the end of the Swap Meet.
Payment $20
Approved submissions will be charged upon approval. Declined-payments will forfeit their table. This payment is non-refundable. Space is non-transferrable.
Setup Information
The show hall will be open for Swap Meet setup Saturday, November 22, 2025 starting at 6:00am. All participants must check-in upon arrival to receive your space assignment prior to unloading. Load in instructions will be sent out prior to the event.
Hours of operation
Swap Meet spaces are open for business on Saturday, November 22, 2025 from 7:00am - 1:00pm.
Other Information
Restrooms are available in the lobby just outside the show floor. Swap Meet sellers will have to pay for parking. This amount is set by the event venue.
