Profanity, both spoken and on attire, is not permitted
Smoking and vaping are not allowed at events
Only approved vendors are permitted to sell at Town events
Soliciting and/or demonstrations of any kind are not permitted
Offensive, disruptive or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase alcohol from the marked tents during specified events
The Town of Fort Mill is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, left unattended, or left on the premises after the conclusion of Town events.

Help make our Town Tent welcoming and fun by assisting with a variety of activities throughout the day!
Volunteers will:
β’ Provide information about the Town of Fort Mill and event details to guests.
β’ Hand out rack cards, brochures, and other Town resources.
β’ Assist with giveaways and manage giveaway games (such as the prize wheel).
β’ Monitor yard games, encourage participation, and keep the play area neat and organized.
β’ Last Shift will ensure their event area is cleaned, free of trash and all supplies are packed up.
Perks: Dinner and snacks will be provided to all volunteers as a thank-you for your time and support.

β’ Keep the area tidy by organizing materials and picking up trash throughout the event.

Volunteers will:
β’ Keep the staff dining area clean and organized.
β’ Assist staff with entering the building as needed.
β’ Monitor who enters the building to ensure only authorized personnel access staff areas.
β’ Redirect members of the public to the appropriate areas.

β’ Shuttle event guests between the festival grounds and designated handicapped parking areas.

β’ Assist with loading/unloading passengers as needed.
