Food Truck Night

This is the Food Truck Night application, with the first rally scheduled for Saturday, March 7th. This event is planned as a larger-scale Food Truck Rally, featuring an expanded lineup of food trucks and increased attendance.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be reviewed, and a curated group of food trucks will be approved. While we strive to rotate participating trucks to maintain variety and introduce new vendors, this larger-format event may include trucks offering similar (but not identical) menu categories.

There is also the potential for a “Best of Avalon” feature, where attendees may sample offerings within the same food category and vote for their favorite. Participating trucks in these categories may compete for the Best of Avalon title.

The Food Truck vendor fee is $150. Your card on file will be charged only if your truck is approved to participate.

Each Food Truck Night requires a separate application, and food tents are not accepted at Food Truck Night events.
