 Vendor Opportunity: Beer, Wine, & Alcohol Vendors Wanted! 

Don’t miss this chance to be a featured vendor at our 4th Annual Food Truck Festival and Battle of the Bands on Saturday, June 27, 2026! This highly anticipated event draws attendees from across the region for a day of live music, food, games, and fun—the perfect opportunity to showcase your beer, wine, or specialty beverages.

 Location: G.A.R. Park, 52 Murdock Ave, Winchendon
 Event Time: 12 PM - 7 PM
 Vendor Setup: Begins at 9 AM and must be ready by noon

You will be on site for any general help needed, this could include handing out flyers/brochures, assisting vendors or attendees, or just walking around as a presence at the event. You may be asked to help with running a table.

As a Setup & Breakdown volunteer, you will assist with preparing and wrapping up the event space. This is a hands-on role that includes moving equipment and organizing materials before and after the event. Responsibilities May Include: • Setting up tables, chairs, tents, signage, and decorations • Assisting with unloading and loading supplies • Helping position and test sound or lighting equipment (under supervision) • Assisting vendors or performers with their setup needs • Cleaning up and packing items post-event • Taking down tents and equipment safely and efficiently Requirements: • Ability to lift 25+ lbs is helpful but not required for all tasks • Comfortable working indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions • Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team • Arrive early (or stay late) depending on your shift assignment Note: Volunteers should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Gloves and safety gear will be provided as needed.
