A festival on a private lake where we will be hosting a very vibrant celebration of NYC's rich culinary and cultural diversity, the Flavors of New York Festival brings together iconic eats, local chefs, and global street food from all five boroughs. Guest will enjoy live music, art, and food from all boroughs.

Welcome! We’re excited to invite passionate food, beverage, and artisan vendors to apply for a spot at the Flavors of New York Festival, a vibrant celebration of the city’s rich culinary and cultural diversity.

 

***Accepted Vendor Categories***:

  • Food & Beverage (prepared on-site or packaged)
  • Dessert & Specialty Treats
  • Non-Alcoholic Beverages
  • Artisan Food Products (jams, sauces, baked goods, etc.)
  • Cultural/Handmade Goods (related to New York or food culture)
  • **Vendors will be notified through Eventeny upon acceptance. 
  • **Your Card will be charged immediately upon acceptance.

General Info & Requirements:

All vendors must complete the application form with a menu/product list, photos, and relevant permits (e.g., food handler’s license, DOH permit, and COI). No Alcohol may be sold, served, or stored at your booth.

 

Booth spaces are limited and curated to ensure diversity and quality.

 

All vendors must comply with Georgia Department of Health and event safety regulations.

***Event Protocol***:

Setup: Vendors may begin setting up during designated hours the morning of the event.

 

Breakdown: Vendors must remain open for the full event duration and complete breakdown within assigned time slots.

 

Parking: Load-in and parking instructions will be provided upon acceptance. Limited vendor parking is available nearby.

 

***Food Management***:

All food must be stored, prepared, and served in sanitary conditions.

 

  • Vendors must provide their own handwashing stations, proper fire extinguishers, electricity and lighting, grease tarps by participating, vendors agree to the following:

**All vendor fees are non-refundable, including cancellations or no-show

 

***Permits & Compliance***

 

  • Vendors must obtain and display all required permit compliance with GA health and safety regulations is mandatory.

 

***Setup & Operations***

 

  • Vendors must follow designated setup and breakdown times
  • **Booths must remain open for the full event duration

**Food Safety & Washing Stations**

  • Maintain sanitary conditions and safe food temperature
  • Waste, grease, and gray water must be disposed of properly.

***Parking & Load-in ***

 

  • Follow all parking, load-in, and load-out instructions provided by event staf
  • Vehicles must be removed immediately after unloading 

**Insurance & Liability**

 

  • **Vendors are responsible for carrying liability insurance
  • The event is not liable for loss, damage, theft, or injury

 

***Conduct & Removal***

 

  • Professional conduct is expected. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without a refund.
  • Event may proceed rain or shine; no refunds will be issued due to weather or other unforeseen change
