First Taste Oregon 2026

We welcome a vibrant mix of vendors to apply for booth space at First Taste Oregon. Whether you're beverage producer, a local artisan, boutique retailer, or specialty food vendor, this is a premier opportunity to showcase your products, connect with a diverse audience, and grow your brand presence.

Booth spaces are available in a variety of sizes and configurations to suit different vendor needs.

We are seeking vendors in the following categories:

• Culinary

• Wine

• Brew/Cider

• Spirits

• Non-Alcoholic Beverages

• Arts and Retail

Booth placement is based on application date, product category, and space availability. Early applications are encouraged for best placement and visibility.

Thanks for for interest in providing food concessions for First Taste Oregon. We select our concession vendors based on menu offerings, price points, fit, and references.

The event team seeks out hearty meals and matches that with special treats, desserts and savory offerings. We have a low booth fee and sales %, but also ask that you provide a featured food item that you will offer samples or small tastes to our attendees. We believe this increases your sales, but also creates an atmosphere of tasting and enjoyment. This all leads to a memorable experience for attendees who become loyal fans returning each year. 

Booth spaces are provided inside for you to create a service area or limited food prep and cooking. Outdoor space for food trucks and trailers and carts can be arranged near a door with direct access to your indoor serving space. There are restrictions on cooking indoors.
