VENDOR REQUIREMENTS: 
All vendors are responsible for bringing tents, tables, chairs, clothing racks, etc & setup/breakdown in a timely manner. For later/evening events we recommend battery powered lights since most locations do not provide external power. We do not accept MLM, Paparazzi or mass produced vendors. Artists & makers of all kinds are encouraged to apply -- however, Art vendors will not be allowed to sell food. TENTS REQUIRE WEIGHTS - (minimum 20 lbs. per leg), If your tent does not have weights you will be asked to collapse it down and vend without one.
VENDOR CONDUCT:
Because this is a brewery event we expect our vendors to either drink responsibly or plan a safe way home. We are not responsible for the safety of inebriated vendors. Vendors must clean up their spaces and trash when leaving. Please do not pack up early, it is unprofessional and disrespectful to your fellow vendors, shoppers, and the event space. If you do without prior discussion, you may not be invited back. 
PAYMENT DEADLINE: 
As soon as your vendor fee is paid we will begin promoting your business on our social media outlets. We provide paid promotions on Facebook and Instagram. If accepted, vendors will be emailed with more info & asked to pay the non-refundable vendor fee to secure your spot. Deposits must be paid & refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, otherwise fees will be transferred forward to another event at the request of the vendor- for any questions email us at: SudnatStudios@gmail.com
WEATHER/RAIN POLICY:
Our events are not rain or shine. We don't think it is worth risking the safety of our vendors and their products to have an event in the rain. We make the call the night before or morning of the event and send out an email and announce on all social media if the event is still happening, so please keep an eye on your inbox and our social media! On occasion we will delay an event by an hour if the weather seems like it will clear up, which we will also announce on social media and via email. In the case we do cancel the event we can transfer your vendor fee forward to any of our other events with remaining availability.
