Location - The corner of Fatherland and 11th

The fourth annual Fatherland Fest is Saturday September 19th, 2026, from 4:00pm to 10:00pm at the corner of Fatherland and 11th Street in East Nashville. Thousands will gather during this annual street fair to raise funds and awareness for the Music City PrEP Clinic.

This event is free and open to the public—admission is 18 and over only.

Fatherland Fest Vendor Space Fees:

10 x 10 Artist/Non-Profit/Local Artisan Business $150.00

This application is not for local businesses--

Fatherland Fest is devoted to maintaining a creatively driven vendor marketplace. Therefore, we limit the number of promotional spaces at the event. Local businesses who intend to use space at the event for promotional purposes can be a part of Fatherland Fest through sponsorship of the event. Please reach out to sponsorship@goodneighborfestivals.com if you are interested in sponsoring this event.

Please find a few examples below to help you identify what vendor type you are.

An artist is considered someone who personally handcrafts the items they will offer at the event. A local business is considered a locally owned and operated business. A corporate or franchised business is not considered a local business, but can become an event sponsor. Nonprofits must be registered as a 501c3. 

If you sell an assortment of items that are hand-crafted by different local artisans, you are considered a local business. If you sell screen-printed items(whether the designs are created by you or not), you are considered a local business. If you mold, wrap, or create unique pieces of jewelry by hand, you are considered an artist. If you concoct your own scent profiles and pour your own candles/wax melts, you are considered an artist.

Vendor fees are due upon acceptance into Fatherland Fest.

Upon acceptance, vendors will be required to submit COIs listing the following groups as additionally insured-

Fatherland Fest Vendor Space Fees:

Food Truck/Vendor Space: 15% of gross sales at the event.

---The Event will collect a non-refundable deposit of $200 upon acceptance into Fatherland Fest.
