A welcoming, all-ages celebration for families of every kind. Family Day on the Pier features kid-friendly activities, community resources, and the return of the 2nd Annual Pet Parade, filling the waterfront with smiles, wagging tails, and Pride.

Directions

Parking instructions

There are two (2) parking lots as well as on-street metered parking located on the Pier along Pier Drive. Payment can be made at the Pay Stations within the parking lots, at meters for on- street parking, or via the Park Mobile app. Outside the Pier complex, metered street parking is available, as are several downtown parking garages and lots within walking distance of the Pier.

Health & safety

PET POLICY: Pets are welcome at this event but must remain on a leash at all times. Please be aware that the asphalt can become dangerously hot and may cause serious harm to your pet's paws. To prevent painful burns and injury, ensure your pet has proper paw protection. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: St Pete Pride is dedicated to providing a safe environment for all event attendees. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for hate, discrimination, or threatening behavior, and reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who jeopardizes the safety or well-being of others. If you witness any safety concerns, please report them to event staff or security immediately.

A welcoming, all-ages celebration for families of every kind. Family Day on the Pier features kid-friendly activities, community resources, and the return of the 2nd Annual Pet Parade, filling the waterfront with smiles, wagging tails, and Pride.

Key Information for registration:

St Pete Pride provides a 10'x10' booth space, and does not include tables, chairs, a tent, nor electricity.
Quiet generators are allowed at vendor spaces.
You may edit registration after submission and approval. This includes, but is not limited to:
1. day of event contact information
2. company Logo: Eventeny ONLY accepts JPEG (.jpg) files for logo uploads. Your application will error if any other file format is used
3. company URL
4. non-profit documentation
5. certificate of insurance
Certificate of Insurance (CIO) information is below. You will have the option to upload your COI or purchase insurance through Eventeny.
Vendor Setup and Load-In starts at 10:30 AM and will be by zones in 30 increments (to be communicated prior to the event).
The festival starts at 10:00 AM and ends at 02:00 PM
Vendor Breakdown and Load-Out starts at 02:00 PM.

Insurance Information:

Vendors are required to carry Commercial General Liability coverage with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.

Vendors are required to provide proof of insurance naming St Pete Pride, Inc as a certificate holder, along with below organizations as additional Named Insured.
