Fall Art on the Green - 2025

Please fill out the form below to apply for Fall Art on the Green 2025. Fall Art on the Green will take place Saturday October 4th from 9am-6pm  and Sunday October 5th 11am-5pm. Payment will be due upon acceptance.

10×10 spaces on the Event Green will be $150
10x10 spaces in the Reeves Yard will be $125

All work must be hand made or designed by the artist, no mass produced work will be accepted with the exception of items containing original art (prints, stickers). Vendors will reviewed by a committee in the order in which they were received and may be refused for any reason. Participation in a previous Art on the Green or other Woodstock Arts Festivals DOES NOT guarantee acceptance to Fall Art on the Green. Artist Booth sharing will be approved on a case be case basis, but both artists must submit individual applications.

Applications will be reviewed in the order in which they are received. Vendors will be evaluated by the committee and approved or rejected. Once all vendor spots on the Event Green are assigned by approved applications, vendors will either be denied, or assigned to the Reeves Yard based on their desire to still participate in the festival.
