By registering for or attending the Kendallville Fairy Fest (“Event”), you agree to the following conditions set by Historic Downtown Kendallville (HDK):
1. Admission & Participation
The Event is open to the public. Some activities (such as the Fairy Tea Party) require separate registration and may have limited capacity. All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
2. Weather & Schedule
The Event is rain or shine. Activities, entertainment, and vendor lineups may change without notice. HDK is not responsible for weather-related changes, delays, or cancellations.
3. Code of Conduct
All attendees, vendors, and participants must behave respectfully toward staff, volunteers, performers, and other guests. HDK reserves the right to remove any individual who engages in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
4. Photography & Media
By entering the Event, you consent to HDK capturing and using photographs/video of you and your minor children for promotional, archival, and media purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, notify an HDK staff member upon arrival.
5. Liability Waiver
Participation is voluntary. Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the Event. HDK, its board, staff, volunteers, and partners are not liable for injuries, illness, lost items, property damage, or incidents involving outside vendors.
6. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for their own inventory, setup, equipment, and adherence to local regulations. HDK is not liable for vendor transactions or disputes.
7. Prohibited Items
Weapons, fireworks, illegal substances, and any other items deemed unsafe by staff or local authorities are strictly prohibited.
8. Compliance
All participants must follow instructions given by HDK staff, volunteers, and public safety personnel.
