Village Park & Fair Oaks Performing Arts Center Grand Opening Celebration - Family Festival
Sunday, August 24 | 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Celebrate day two of our grand opening with a fun-filled day for the whole community! Enjoy guided tours, live entertainment, hands-on class demos, carnival games, food vendors, and more. Don’t forget to grab a passport, collect stamps at each station to redeem for a prize.
PLEASE NOTE: The date of the Grand Opening is pending construction completion. In the event the project is delayed and the opening is impacted, you will be notified.

Vendors in this category are limited to community groups, schools, non-profits, , and businesses that will host a Kid’s HANDS ON ARTS & CRAFTS PROJECT BOOTH or CARNIVAL GAME. NO SALES are allowed.
PREFERENCE will be given to Fair Oaks Community Partner Groups and schools in Fair Oaks, followed next by businesses based in Fair Oaks. Due to the limited space, not all groups/businesses may be approved.
To be considered, please complete and submit the full application form no later than June 1, 2025. Applications will be accepted after this date as space allows. All booths must be family-friendly.
