Non-Refundable Policy for Event Tickets: All event tickets purchased from Southern Settings, Inc are non-refundable. This means that once you buy a ticket, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason, except in cases of event cancellation, date or venue changes, or medical emergencies, where refunds may be considered. Tickets are transferable, but lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. Southern Settings, Inc reserves the right to make changes to event details and entry requirements. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions. Age Restriction Policy: To ensure compliance with legal regulations and create a safe and enjoyable environment, all attendees of events hosted by Southern Settings, Inc must be 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory for entry, and failure to provide such identification will result in denied entry without refunds. Attendees are responsible for confirming their eligibility before purchasing tickets or attending events. Southern Settings, Inc reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not meeting the age requirement or who appears to be intoxicated. This policy is enforced without exceptions, and tickets purchased by ineligible individuals will not be refunded. By purchasing tickets and attending events, attendees acknowledge their understanding and agreement with this age restriction policy. Attendee Behavior Policy: Southern Settings, Inc are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all attendees at our events. In this regard, we expect all attendees to conduct themselves with courtesy, respect, and consideration for others. Any disruptive, offensive, or harmful behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, intoxication, or violence, will not be tolerated. Attendees found engaging in such behavior may be removed from the event premises without a refund and may be subject to further legal action. We encourage attendees to report any inappropriate behavior to event staff or security personnel promptly. By attending our events, you agree to adhere to this behavior policy and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for everyone.
