We are launching new Events Committees to help shape and enhance the City of Reynoldsburg’s signature events, including the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Breakfast, Pride Celebration, Juneteenth Celebration, and the Reynoldsburg Tomato Festival.
These committees will serve as a public forum where residents, community members, and local partners can share ideas and collaborate closely with the City’s Events and Communications Department. Participants will also have opportunities to support events hands-on by working in areas of their interest.
No prior event experience is required, just a passion for community, creativity, and collaboration. Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 6:30pm in Reynoldsburg City Hall.

Events Committee members will play an important role in supporting and enhancing the City of Reynoldsburg’s signature events. Duties include:
- Collaborating with the Reynoldsburg Events and Communications Department to help plan and enhance city events
- Assisting with event-day operations, including set-up, on-site support, and tear-down
- Sharing ideas and creative input related to activities, entertainment, and overall event experience
- Working in areas of interest during events, such as vendor load-in, activities, entertainment support, grounds crew, etc.
