Submission is not a guarantee of acceptance into the event. Acceptance/rejection notices will be sent out on March 1, 2026. Once a vendor has been accepted, the payment method provided at the time of application submission will be charged accordingly.
This application does not apply to "craft" food vendors, such as jellies/jams, honey, seasonings, spices, freeze dried candy, and other pre-packaged items.
Any fees based upon payment method selected when submitting your application will be passed to you if your application is accepted (i.e., credit card processing charge, etc).
Your selected payment method will not be charged unless your application is approved, and then will be charged at the time of approval.

All non-profit booth spaces are 10'x10' non-electric spaces and are located in designated non-profit vendor areas. These spaces have limited availability. Tents and tables are not provided. We are not responsible for any injuries, theft, accidents, or weather events.
All non-profits must check in at the gazebo with the blue metal roof BEFORE SETTING UP. Check in is FRIDAY ONLY (the day before the Festival). We have not yet determined the exact time. Once you have checked in, you may set up your booth at any time.
Acceptance notifications/rejections will be sent out on March 1, 2026. The person listed as the contact on the application will be contacted with the results of the application request. Applications are reviewed on a first come first served basis and are judged based on the merit of the application itself, mission of the organization, service area, and other criteria. The Elberta German Sausage Festival reserves the right to approve or deny any application.
