Volunteers play many important roles during the Festival—from checking in juried artwork and helping sell art, to staffing the information booth, delivering food to artists, checking in fellow volunteers, and more. You’re welcome to sign up for the roles that interest you most. The Edmonds Arts Plaza features artists that live or show their work in Edmonds’ businesses. 

 

There are a limited number of booth spaces available for rent at the Edmonds Arts Plaza during the Edmonds Arts Festival to be held on June 19-21, 2026. Festival hours are 10-7 Friday and Saturday, and 10-5 on Sunday. 

 

All artist applications will be reviewed and selected by jury. Notification will be sent by April 1st, We acknowledge that you have other events and commitments you'd like to schedule during the summer. We will advise you as quickly as possible when we know the status of your application. Contact us to get status if needed at edmondsplaza@edmondsartsfestival.org.

 

Please know that with such limited spaces available, along with our desire to showcase Edmonds artists and have diverse art types represented, only a select number of artists can be accepted. Artist selection will be based on the following criteria:

• Edmonds/local studio location or gallery affiliation
• Quality and type of work
• Attractiveness of booth; willingness to interact with visitors
• Diversity of price points of merchandise
• Jury evaluations
