The HOA of Eagle Creek is seeking licensed professional food vendors for their brand new Fall Fest event. This event is open to residents of Eagle Creek only, with an estimated 800 residents in attendance. This event runs from 2-6 PM on Saturday, October 11.

 

Ideally, there will be a variety of food vendors available to service our community, including entree and dessert trucks. For questions, please contact lifestylecoordinator@eaglecreekonline.com.

 

You will receive further communication via email, including approval or denial. The vendor invoice will also be sent upon approval of your application.

 

The vendor fee is $125 per truck. An invoice will be emailed upon approval. All approvals are contingent on payment being received on time.

Thank you for your interest in Eagle Creek's new Fall Festival event! We are seeking dynamic local vendors to participate in this event. This application is for for-profit vendors only.

 

Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup, including tent, table, chairs, inventory, and all items needed to process payments. Vendors are also responsible for paying all applicable taxes on sales made during the event.

Power will not be provided, so please plan your setup accordingly.

 

A separate invoice will be sent from "Swipe Simple" upon approval. The fee is $80 per vendor, and payment is required to finalize your application. 

 

We can’t wait to showcase an exciting mix of vendors and create a fun experience for our community together!

For profit vendors should complete the "For Profit Vendor" application.
