The Downtown Bryan Holiday Stroll & Lighted Parade is happening Thursday, December 11, 2025! The Holiday Stroll will start at 5:00 PM and the Parade will start at 7:00 PM.
This year's parade theme is: Rockin' Around Downtown! We're celebrating all things holiday music this year; Participants are encouraged to make their floats as musical as possible, from live music performances to traditional carolers.
Prizes will be awarded to the floats with the best-themed decorations decided by our judging panel in the following categories:
- School Organizations/Clubs (1st, 2nd & 3rd)
- Non-Profit Organizations (1st, 2nd & 3rd)
- For-Profit Businesses (1st, 2nd & 3rd)
- Walking Group (1st)
- Best Overall (1st)
The application MUST be received by 5 PM on Monday, December 1, 2025. Applications will be approved on first-come, first served basis. If capacity is reached before December 1st, a waitlist will be implemented. If approved, the fee is non-refundable unless Destination Bryan cancels the parade due to inclement weather.
If your application is accepted, you or a member of your group must attend the mandatory parade meeting on Monday, December 8th at 6:30 p.m. at the Legends Event Center (2533 Midtown Pk Blvd, Bryan, TX 77801)
If your organization is not represented at the mandatory meeting, your organization will not be allowed to participate in the Lighted Parade.

Destination Bryan is pleased to announce the 2025 Downtown Bryan Holiday Window Decorating Contest! Participation in the contest is completely free. Participants must simply have their windows complete by Monday, December 8th.
Contest Information:
Windows should be attractive both during the daytime and at night. Try using color, movement, and unusual materials for maximum effect. Feel free to use your products or services within your overall design.
We strongly recommend that your window be lighted for the best nighttime viewing.
Windows may include paint, decorations, displays, etc. If the judges can see it from the window, it counts!
Judging Information:
Entries will be judged on originality and overall presentation.
Judges are to be announced soon!
Judging will take place the week of December 8th-12th.
Important Dates:
The Last day to sign up is Friday, Dec. 5th.
The window decorating deadline is Monday, December 8th.
Winners will be announced the week of Dec. 15th-19th.
Prizes:
1st Place: $500
2nd Place: $250
3rd Place $100
Trophy:
A trophy will also be awarded to the 1st place winner to display in their business. Each year the same trophy will be given to the winner of that year and they will keep it until the next winner is awarded.
Trophies must be returned to Destination Bryan prior to being awarded to next year. Please be sure to take care of the trophy so that it can be awarded the following year.
