Dia De Los Muertos Festival The Mill on Etowah Sunday, November 2nd, 2025 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM The Mill on Etowah | 225 Reformation Pkwy, Canton, GA Join us for a vibrant Day of the Dead celebration like no other honoring tradition, memory, and community in partner with Luna Del Rio and CaliFino Tequila. This free, family friendly festival is a cultural experience filled with color, music, and heartfelt moments. From live Mariachi bands to Latin music on the main stage, the sounds of celebration will fill the air as we pay tribute to those who came before us. Festival Highlights: Special appearances by beloved characters from Disney’s COCO COCO Movie Screening from 5:15 PM – 7:00 PM on the big screen Authentic Latin food, drinks, and cultural vendors Sugar skull face painting, crafts, and kids’ activities We are currently seeking cultural vendors, artists, and performers who wish to be a part of this meaningful and lively celebration. This is an opportunity to showcase heritage, tradition, and community pride. Bring your family, your memories, and your spirit of celebration. Let’s honor Día de los Muertos together at The Mill on Etowah.

Parking instructions
Parking is free and available in any open spot within The Mill on Etowah’s parking lot. We encourage all attendees to arrive early to secure convenient parking close to the event area. Vendor Parking: After unloading, all vendors are asked to park in the spaces furthest away from the event area, preferably in the dirt lot, to ensure that attendees have ample access to nearby parking. Please be respectful of designated loading zones, pedestrian areas, and all posted signage. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a smooth and accessible experience for everyone.

Health & safety
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, the following guidelines will be in place during the Dia De Los Muertos Festival at The Mill on Etowah: Smoking is only permitted in the parking lot. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the main event grounds. No open flames are allowed anywhere on the property. No propane tanks are permitted unless they are pre-approved and properly secured in accordance with local fire and safety regulations. All vendors must comply with safety checks and guidelines provided prior to setup. Emergency personnel will be on call for the duration of the event. The Mill on Etowah and Goin' Social Events hold all necessary permits and insurance for this event. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

Please note: Vendors selling snacks, drinks, food, blankets, or any items not listed above are not eligible to apply through this category and must seek alternative vendor applications if available.

 

All businesses, brands, or professional services seeking to participate for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes must come on as a sponsor. This includes, but is not limited to, real estate agents, insurance companies, banks, law offices, medical providers, retail chains, and any business seeking lead generation or brand exposure at the event. Terms & Conditions Dia De Los Muertos Festival Sunday, November 2, 2025 | 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM The Mill on Etowah – Canton, GA By applying, participating, attending, or vending at the Dia De Los Muertos Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding and intended to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable event for all parties involved. 1. Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement Goin’ Social Events, Luna Del Rio, and The Mill on Etowah shall not be held liable or responsible for any personal injury, theft, loss, damage, accident, delay, or disruption, whether direct or indirect, caused to any person or property during the event. Participants, vendors, performers, and attendees assume full responsibility for their participation and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Goin’ Social Events, Luna Del Rio, The Mill on Etowah, and their affiliates, partners, staff, contractors, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or damages resulting from participation in the event. 2. No Guarantee of Profit or Exposure Participation as a vendor, performer, or sponsor does not guarantee a return on investment, sales, exposure, or foot traffic. All participants are responsible for their own setup, promotion, and engagement. Goin’ Social Events makes no financial promises or commitments beyond the scope of event access and designated vendor space. 3. Refund and Cancellation Policy This event is a no refund event. Fees paid for vendor spaces, sponsorships, or other participation are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance, including but not limited to: Weather conditions Scheduling conflicts Event delays or changes Vendor no-shows or cancellations Attendee turnout 4. Rain or Shine Policy The Dia De Los Muertos Festival is a rain or shine event. The festival will proceed regardless of weather conditions, unless conditions are deemed unsafe by local authorities or event management. No refunds or credits will be issued due to inclement weather. Vendors and attendees are responsible for preparing appropriately, including bringing tent weights, covers, and weather-resistant materials. 5. Event Regulations & On-Site Conduct All participants and attendees agree to follow all posted signage, onsite staff instructions, and local, state, and federal laws. This includes but is not limited to: Fire code compliance Alcohol regulations Public safety requirements Noise ordinances Waste disposal procedures Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event and forfeiture of any participation fees. 6. Vendor & Booth Guidelines Vendors must stay within their assigned booth space. No open flames are allowed. Propane tanks must be pre-approved and properly secured. Booths must be staffed and operational for the full duration of the event. Vendors must remove all trash and items at the conclusion of the event. Only pre-approved vendors may sell food, merchandise, or services on site. Vendor Parking: After unloading, vendors are required to park in designated areas furthest from the event footprint, preferably in the dirt lot, to allow attendees better access to prime parking. 7. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited on the main event grounds. Smoking is only permitted in the designated parking lot areas. Violators may be asked to leave the premises. 8. Photography and Media Release By attending or participating in the event, you consent to be photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. Goin’ Social Events, Luna Del Rio, and The Mill on Etowah reserve the right to use any images, video, or audio recordings from the event in marketing, advertising, social media, and other platforms without compensation. 9. Enforcement and Right to Refuse Event organizers reserve the right to: Refuse entry to any individual, vendor, or entity Remove any person for violation of these terms Shut down any booth or display deemed unsafe or inappropriate Make changes to the event schedule, layout, or logistics as needed Acknowledgement Your participation in this event signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the Terms & Conditions listed above. These rules are in place to protect the safety, fairness, and integrity of the event.
