The City of Roswell will provide a 6ft tree and access to electricity.
Electricity is 1-20 amp 120 volt circuit.
Each applicant will be assigned a tree
Participants must provide decorations and lights(no glass decorations)
Decorated trees must be suitable for viewing by children. The City of Roswell reserves the right to refuse any entry. Acceptance priority will be given to Roswell business owners, Roswell nonprofits and Roswell residents
Decorated trees in poor taste for family viewing, depicting controversial subjects, or overtly commercial or political in nature will not be accepted and will be removed.
Trees will be ready for decorating by Monday, November 24th and decorating must be completed by 12pm on Friday, December 5th
Decorated tree may be disassembled beginning on Friday, January 2. All decorations and lights must be removed no later than Friday, January 9th.
Decorated tree must have a tag exactly 8.5 x 11 inches stating, Created By and the theme of the tree. Tag must be attached to tree.
No additional pamphlets or handouts are to be displayed with your tree.
Decorated trees must be able to withstand the elements. No glass ornaments allowed!!
Participant acknowledges and gives consent to the City of Roswell to use any and all print/electronic media that result from participation in this event.
The City of Roswell is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged decorations or lighting while on display.
Dispose of trash off-site so park trash cans may be available for regular park use.
Participant is responsible for removing all lights, decorations, and trash by January 9th. Staff reserves the right to dispose of all lights and decorations after that time .
