- There is NO VENDING FEE for the vendors! The one thing we ask is that a discount of your choosing is offered on ALL purchases.
- All vendors are required to provide their own setup materials, including tents, tables, chairs, tent weights, and, in this particular instance, lighting, as the event is an outdoor night market.
- It is mandatory for tents to be anchored with weights. A minimum of 10 pounds per tent leg is required, though 20 pounds per tent leg is preferable. Vendors who do not have the necessary weights will be instructed to dismantle their tents and will be permitted to set up only their tables.
- Please note that there will be no access to electricity at the venue. Therefore, lighting must be powered by batteries.
- Your vending spot will only be confirmed following acceptance, at which time you will receive an approval email.
