Creators After Dark 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") carefully. By purchasing a badge or ticket ("Badge") to attend Creators After Dark ("The Event"), you ("The Attendee") agree to be bound by these T&Cs and the incorporated policies, including the Creators After Dark Unified Code of Conduct. 1. Acceptance and Agreement to Policies 1.1. Acceptance: Purchase or possession of a Badge constitutes acceptance of these T&Cs and all rules, regulations, and policies established by Creators After Dark LLC. 1.2. Incorporation of CoC: The Creators After Dark Unified Code of Conduct is incorporated into these T&Cs by reference. Violation of the Code of Conduct is considered a breach of these T&Cs and is grounds for immediate, non-refundable removal from the Event. 2. Admission and Age Requirements 2.1. Strict 18+ Requirement: Creators After Dark is an 18+ only event. All Attendees must be eighteen (18) years of age or older on or before the first day of the Event (April 3, 2026). 2.2. ID Verification: Attendees MUST present valid, government-issued photo identification (such as a Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport) at Registration and upon request by staff at any time. 2.3. Admission Denial: Any individual unable to verify their age will be denied entry or removed from the Event without refund. The determination of the validity of identification rests solely with Creators After Dark staff. 3. Tickets, Refunds, and Financial Terms 3.1. Final Sale Policy: ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. Creators After Dark maintains a strict NO REFUND, NO CANCELLATION policy on all Badges, including General Admission, VIP, and Platinum Passes, under any circumstances. 3.2. No Transfer/Resale: Badges are non-transferable and may not be resold to any other party. Any Badge found to be fraudulently sold or transferred will be deemed void. 3.3. Event Changes: Creators After Dark reserves the right to modify event hours, dates, locations, content, or guests at any time without notification. No refunds will be provided for changes in programming or guest lineup. 3.4. Force Majeure: If the Event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of Creators After Dark LLC (e.g., acts of God, hotel cancellation, strikes, government mandates), the Attendee waives any claim for damages or compensation other than a full or partial refund of the Badge price, as determined by Creators After Dark LLC's sole discretion. 4. Media Release and Intellectual Property 4.1. Media Release: The Attendee grants permission to Creators After Dark LLC (and its assignees, licensees, and sponsors) to utilize the Attendee’s name, image, voice, and likeness in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic media taken during the Event for any legitimate purpose, including marketing and promotion of future events, without further compensation or notification. 4.2. Intellectual Property: The Attendee acknowledges that all intellectual property, logos, and trademarks associated with Creators After Dark are the sole property of Creators After Dark LLC. 5. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability 5.1. Assumption of Risk: The Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks related to their attendance at the Event, including exposure to illness, personal injury, property damage, and loss or theft of personal property. 5.2. Waiver of Claims: The Attendee hereby waives, releases, and discharges Creators After Dark LLC, JDHQ Hotels LLC, d/b/a Renaissance Dallas Richardson Hotel, Atrium Hospitality LP, and their respective officers, directors, staff, agents, and employees ("Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death resulting from the Attendee’s participation in the Event, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 5.3. Indemnification: The Attendee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties against all claims and liabilities arising out of the Attendee’s negligence, gross misconduct, or intentional actions during the Event. 6. Governing Law 6.1. Jurisdiction: These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflicts of law principles. 6.2. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or related to these T&Cs or the Attendee’s participation in the Event shall be resolved in the courts located in Houston, Texas. By purchasing or accepting a Badge, the Attendee acknowledges they have read, understand, and agree to the Terms and Conditions, and the Creators After Dark Anti-Harassment and Code of Conduct Policy.
