The City of Milton is committed to providing enriching, fulfilling experiences that connect, educate and engage residents and visitors. The City's Community Outreach team creates and coordinates this festival in line with to align with this mission, and acts as a liaison between the city and local businesses, residents, and volunteers in Milton. Many of Milton’s annual special events are delivered in partnership with local businesses and non-profit organizations. City-sponsored events are made possible through revenue collected from Milton’s Hotel-Motel Tax and, in large part, through the generosity of our sponsors.
Sponsorship opportunities are outlined below and must be approved by the City.
City of Milton reserves the right to deny a sponsorship applicant if it does not align with city core values or festival needs.
Please note, acceptance of sponsorship does NOT provide exclusivity. Exclusivity cannot be provided in any manner.
Custom sponsorship packages are available. For questions about a custom sponsorship package, or an in-kind sponsorship, please reach out to us.
Sponsorship Deliverables include, but are not limited to:
- Event listed as Presenting Sponsor in festival marketing materials
- Company logo placement included but not limited to: website, event calendar, banners (digital and event), any other print materials.
- Opportunity to host a 10x10 or 10x20 booth (prime location) during festival.
- Festival booth/tent must be used to provide a service/activity to engage the community during festival.
- Opportunity to provide swag to be distributed at festival.
- Social media feature highlighting presenting sponsor.
- City reach among all social media channels and newsletter is 21,000 combined (Facebook (City of Milton page) reaches 11,300 followers, Instagram reaches 3,788 followers, Twitter reaches 5,974 followers).
- Recognition in City of Milton press release to all media contacts

As the exclusive KidZone Sponsor at Crabapple Fest, your business will be prominently featured in one of the festival’s most popular attractions, filled with inflatables, rides, balloon twisting, and engaging activities for families. Your sponsorship includes, but is not limited to, logo placement on the City of Milton’s social media and website, as well as signage throughout the KidZone, recognizing your business as the official sponsor. Additionally, your business will be listed in festival marketing materials and acknowledged in a City of Milton press release distributed to media contacts. You’ll also have the opportunity to host a 10x10 booth near the KidZone, where you can provide a service or activity to engage the community, along with the chance to distribute branded swag. With a combined audience of 21,000+ across social media and newsletters, this sponsorship offers valuable exposure while supporting a vibrant, family-friendly event.
