*Sales, sampling and giveaways of beverages are prohibited.
Market vendors must operate from a tent/booth (no vehicles). Furnishings are not provided by the festival. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables etc.
If you are selling items onsite, you must have a current Tax Privilege License.
All vendors are responsible for providing items and staffing needed to operate onsite.
INSURANCE CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENT:
Please request a certificate for the following from your insurer and attach to the application or send to lisa@phxfest.com at least 30 days prior to the event.We will require an insurance certificate showing a minimum of 1 Million Liability Coverage with the following listed as additionally insured:

- Alcoholic Beverage sales are prohibited.
-Canned Beverage sales are prohibited.
-We are only accepting dessert vendors who operate within a TENT set up.

- All food vendors are required to carry and provide proof of appropriate state / city / county business licensing, health permits and insurance.
-All vendors are responsible for providing items and staffing needed to operate onsite including but not limited to - tents, tables, cooking equipment, serving utensils, sanitation, point of sale / bank etc.

- All Pizza Vendors are required to offer a by-the-slice or small (personal size) pie option
-Pizza/Food Vendors cannot sell beverages (except canned sodas).
- All food vendors are required to carry and provide proof of appropriate state / city / county business licensing, health permits and insurance.
