Join us for an unforgettable evening at the Contigo Fund Ball 2025: Defying Gravity — a night of celebration, community, and purpose. On Saturday, December 6, 2025, we will gather at Harriett’s Orlando Ballet Centre with partners, supporters, and community members for our signature annual fundraiser uplifting LGBTQ+, immigrant, and communities of color across Central Florida.

✨ A festive reception and buffet dinner by 4 Rivers Smokehouse with dessert options
✨ Complimentary valet parking for all guests
✨ Two complimentary drink tickets (wine, beer, or cocktail)
✨ Inspiring stories from community leaders and partners
✨ Cultural performances and celebrations
✨ A moving awards presentation (honoree announced prior to the event)
✨ Dancing, music, and an open dance floor
✨ Opportunities to connect and invest in transformative grassroots work
✨ Ticket Options:
• General Admission – $30: Full event experience.
• Grassroots Access – $20: Reduced rate to ensure grassroots community members and advocates are in the room.
• Solidarity Sponsor – $60: Covers your ticket plus the cost of a Grassroots Access ticket for someone else.
• Pay-It-Forward Ticket – $30: Not for entry — your purchase sponsors a Grassroots Access ticket so another community member has a seat at the table.
Proceeds from the Ball directly support Contigo Fund’s grantmaking, capacity-building, and advocacy efforts — with a special focus this year on the Immigrant Advocacy & Defense Emergency Fund, meeting urgent needs of immigrant communities facing escalating threats in Florida and across the South.

Parking instructions
Complimentary valet parking will be provided for all Ball guests at Harriett’s Orlando Ballet Centre. We encourage attendees to take advantage of this convenient service.
Limited self-parking is also available on surrounding streets and in the Orlando Science Center (OSC) garage, located at the corner of Camden Road and Princeton Street. Please note: self-parking costs are the responsibility of guests and will not be covered by Contigo Fund.
Health & safety
The wellbeing of our guests and community is a top priority. We will continue to monitor local health recommendations leading up to the event and will share any specific guidelines as the date approaches.
Guests can expect:
• A clean, safe, and accessible environment
• Hand sanitizing stations available throughout the venue
• Guidance on health protocols (if required) communicated in advance
• Flexible support for guests needing accommodations or special arrangements

Terms & Conditions
• All Sales Final: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by Contigo Fund.
• Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend. Please notify Contigo Fund in advance to update our guest list.
• Attire: The Ball is a celebratory gala. This year’s theme is Defying Gravity, with an amethyst-inspired palette of deep purples, silvers, and midnight tones. We encourage festive, creative, and special attire.
• Alcohol Service: Alcoholic beverages will be available and served only to guests 21+ with valid ID.
• Behavior: Contigo Fund reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or discriminatory.
• Firearms & Weapons: For the safety of all guests, no firearms or weapons of any kind are permitted at the event.
• Photography & Media: By attending, you consent to photography and video recording that may be used by Contigo Fund for promotional and archival purposes.
• Accessibility: We are committed to ensuring accessibility for all guests. Please contact us in advance with any accommodations needed.
