Approved vendors must inform Foxhole Wellness LLC in advance if they are unable to participate in a scheduled market. Vendors who fail to attend without prior notice (“no-shows”) may be excluded from consideration for future events.
Each booth space measures 10x10 feet. Please be considerate of neighboring vendors and maintain appropriate boundaries. Vendor setups should also accommodate accessibility for visitors with disabilities.
Foxhole Wellness LLC does not supply tables, tents, or other setup materials. Vendors are encouraged to display clear signage identifying their business. Vendors are responsible for keeping their area tidy during the event and ensuring it is clean and free of debris upon departure.
Foxhole Wellness LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise.
Vendors may unload their vehicles at their assigned space. Once unloading is complete—and before setting up — vendor vehicles must be moved to the Milestone Investment Management parking lot. DO NOT park in the Duke & Heath parking lot.
All goods offered for sale must be handmade, secondhand, thrifted or homemade by the vendor(s). The market does not permit participation for the purposes of solicitation, direct sales marketing, fundraising, or political/religious promotion.
Vendor selection is based on product type, quality, craftsmanship, and availability. Acceptance is at the discretion of Foxhole Wellness LLC, and not all applicants will be approved. Notification of acceptance will be sent via email.
Note: You will receive an email if you are chosen to participate in the event. Event setup and breakdown instructions will be sent to the email address provided in your application.
