About the event
The Alpharetta Moonlight Market is a curated evening street market held in Downtown Alpharetta City Center alongside the popular On the Green Summer Concert Series. The event brings together local artists, makers, small businesses, and the community for a lively night of shopping, live music, and connection. A limited number of Community Initiative Booths are offered by invitation to local nonprofit organizations and community groups to engage with residents, share their mission, and build awareness within the community. The market takes place 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM along Commerce Street and Market Street in Alpharetta City Center. Vendor load-in is scheduled earlier in the afternoon. Vendor parking is located at Alpharetta First United Methodist Church, one block from the event, and free public parking is available in nearby City Center parking decks and lots. This is an outdoor evening event, and booths should be well-lit and welcoming after sunset.

Parking instructions
Vendor Parking & Load-In Instructions Load-in for Community Initiative Booths is a scheduled process. Detailed arrival instructions and your assigned load-in time will be emailed to participants closer to the event date. Due to the narrow event streets, only one vehicle per booth is permitted to enter the restricted unloading area. When you arrive during your assigned load-in window, you will be directed to unload your supplies along the curb next to your booth location. After unloading your booth materials, you will be asked to immediately move your vehicle to the designated vendor parking area located at Alpharetta First United Methodist Church, approximately one block from the event. Once parked, please walk back to your booth location to begin setting up. All additional volunteers from your organization should proceed directly to the Methodist Church parking lot and walk to the event area to assist with booth setup and to work the event. Additional vehicles will not be permitted to enter the event street. These procedures help ensure a safe and efficient setup process for all participants.
