Parking Instructions – Rabbit Hill Park (400 Rabbit Hill Rd, Dacula, GA)
• Ample free parking across multiple lots near soccer fields, playgrounds, pavilion, baseball fields, and dog park  .
• Priority/front-row parking is reserved for:
• Guests (closest to pavilion)
• Vendors (participants should enter and check in by 8 AM to claim a spot)
• Overflow parking available in adjacent lots—trail-accessible.
• General Traffic Flow:
• Enter from Rabbit Hill Rd onto main parking area
• For pavilion, follow signs to the central lot
• Accessibility: Designated accessible spots near restrooms and main gathering areas

Health & Safety Guidelines for Vendors
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
⚠️ General Safety
• Keep your booth/tent within your 10×10 space — don’t block walkways, parking lanes, or fire lanes.
• Maintain clear access for emergency vehicles at all times.
• Ensure any flammable equipment or open flames (propane, grills) are safely operated and supervised.
Cleanliness & Waste
• Bring your own trash bag/bin and remove waste at the end of the event.
• Ensure hand sanitizer or handwashing options are available, especially for food vendors.
Electrical & Equipment
• Secure any extension cords—do not tape across walkways.
• Use rated outdoor cords only, or access generator power as instructed.
Food Handling (Food Trucks / Food Vendors Only)
• Hold a valid temporary food permit required by Gwinnett County (check with the Health Dept).
• Follow proper food prep & storage standards; keep food and cooking separate.
• Provide gloves, hairnets, and maintain food at required safe temperatures    .
Emergency Awareness
• Know where the first aid station is located (clearly marked).
• In an emergency, park your booth orderly, keep aisles clear, and await instructions from event or park staff.

• Steer clear of using mature language or imagery — our event is open to all ages.
• Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times.
