This application is for informational or promotional booth space ONLY.
As an exhibitor you will be provided with the following:
- ONE 6ft table to display your items
- TWO chairs for staff and/or volunteers
- space located under a large canopy amongst other organizations
All banners, signage , table cloths, giveaway items are up to the exhibitor to provide.
The booth fee is $25 and can be paid to Ray of Hope, Today upon approval. The store can be reached at (503) 773-5250

You may also opt to bring a raffle item, or request scholarship funds if you are unable to pay the fee.

*If you are bringing a vehicle or offering games/activities that need additional space outside of one 6ft table please see the alternate applications.
This application is for exhibitors providing ACTIVITIES such as games, crafts, etc.
As an exhibitor you will be provided with the following:

You may be placed on an end or corner spot to provide you space in front of, or to the side of your booth for games, activities and any lines that may form. If you need more than one table please indicate how many on the application. All banners, signage, table cloths, etc. are up to the exhibitor to provide.
