Community Connection Day - Kids Fest

This application is for informational or promotional booth space ONLY. If you are bringing a vehicle or offering games/activities that need additional space outside of a table please see the alternate applications.

As an informational exhibitor you will be provided ONE 6ft table to display your organizations items. You will also be provided 2 chairs for staff and/or volunteers. The table and chairs will be located under a large covered canopy amongst other exhibitors so please be mindful of space limitations. All banners, signage , table cloths, giveaway items are up to the exhibitor to provide. 

This application is for exhibitors providing ACTIVITIES such as games, crafts, etc. If you only need table space, or are bringing a vehicle please see the alternate applications. 

As an exhibitor providing a game or activity you will be provided with the following: ONE 6 ft table to display your items, TWO chairs for staff and/or volunteers, and a space located under a large canopy amongst other organizations. You will also be placed on an end or corner spot to provide you space in front/to the side of your booth for games, activities and any lines that may form. If you need more than one table please indicate how many on the application.All banners, singage, table cloths, etc. are up to the exhibitor to provide. 

This application is for exhibitors with VEHICLES. If you only need table space, or are offering games/activities that need space outside of a table please see the alternate applications. 

As an exhibitor with a vehicle you will be provided space for your car, truck, etc. Please indicate the size on your application. If you need a canopy, table and chairs in addition to your vehicle you must request this on your application and indicate whether you are providing these items or need the event organizers to. All banners, singage, table cloths, etc. are up to the exhibitor to provide.
