About the event
Colorado Anime Fest will return to the Denver Marriott Tech Center on March 20 - March 22, 2026.
Colorado Anime Fest was founded in 2014 by a group of friends with decades of combined experience, having run dozens of events across the country. We held our first convention in February 2016. And we wouldn’t be where we are today without our amazing, dedicated staff.
Colorado Anime Fest has donated $25,101 to local charities to date. We’re also a member of the Japan America Society of Colorado.

Thank you for your interest in Volunteering at Colorado Anime Fest 2026!
We're excited to have the chance to work with you to put on our show for thousands of like-minded fans. We will be asking for information to help us communicate with you and meet your needs as a volunteer. We do not share this information with anyone outside of our organization. Please fill out all fields to the best of your ability, even if you've staffed with us for a decade and have us all on Facebook already.
Please Note:
Legal First Name and Legal Last Name are unfortunately requirements. We're sorry we have to ask, but it's required by law. Every effort will be made to ensure that only your chosen name is given to anyone but the Chief of Staff and Leadership Team.
Departments will be assigned on-site as needed

Volunteering Perks:
5+ hours - Access to Staff Suite, where staff members can relax off of the con floor and enjoy the provided snacks and drinks.
10+ hours - Everything above, plus a free (mystery) COAF merch item.
15+ hours - Everything above, plus entry to our after-con staff party. Come hang out and relax with COAF staff members. You’ll also get a free badge to Colorado Anime Fest for the next year. This will be given in the form of a redeemable coupon code you can use on our website. The best news is you can use this for you or a friend.
Volunteering Applicants DO NOT receive Staff Perks unless they unlock them as apart of the information listed above. If you have the availability to help out the entire weekend for over the 16 hours consider applying to be on General Staff. General Staff have more perks as they are the backbone of the convention and really make it run as smoothly as it does.
