Also, When you are selecting your departments of interest please select them based on your preferences of 1st, 2nd and 3rd. We will try our best to accommodate your 1st preference but we cannot guarantee it based on staffing needs. Departments will be assigned on-site as needed Volunteer Information: https://coanimefest.com/participate/volunteers Volunteering Perks: 5+ hours - Access to Staff Suite, where staff members can relax off of the con floor and enjoy the provided snacks and drinks. 10+ hours - Everything above, plus a free (mystery) COAF merch item. 15+ hours - Everything above, plus entry to our after-con staff party. Come hang out and relax with COAF staff members. You’ll also get a free badge to Colorado Anime Fest for the next year. This will be given in the form of a redeemable coupon code you can use on our website. The best news is you can use this for you or a friend. Volunteering Applicants DO NOT receive Staff Perks unless they unlock them as apart of the information listed above. If you have the availability to help out the entire weekend for over the 16 hours consider applying to be on General Staff. General Staff have more perks as they are the backbone of the convention and really make it run as smoothly as it does.
