Clay Easter Baskets

Create a clay Easter basket in this one day workshop! Students will be shown how to hand build their basket out of slabs or coils of clay and will be able to fully customize their creations with personalized images, designs, or even some clay eggs! Once finished with building, students will paint their pieces with a variety of colorful glazes. This class is for all ages, but participants 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. If you and your child would both like to create a mug, you must purchase one spot for each participant. ​ Work will be fired and available to pick up approx. 3 weeks from the date of class. Participants will be contacted via email once they’re ready for pick up. Instructed by Amy Smoot, this workshop will be held in Kentuck's Clay Studio at 2014 5th St. This class has a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 13 participants.
