• Application fee is $25.00
• Once approved, fee is $65.00
• You will receive approval or rejection by Oct 31
• Expected attendance: 2,000 people

Event Date: Friday, November 21 | 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Location: Downtown Flowery Branch- 5210 Railroad Ave, Flowery Branch, GA 30542

• Food Truck Requirements:

  • Trucks must be self-contained (access to electricity is not guaranteed)

  • No alcohol may be sold or served from any food truck unless approved in advance by the Director

  • All permits and licenses must be current and available on site

  • Vendors must bring their own waste receptacles and maintain a clean serving area

  • You will receive an assigned arrival and setup time

  • No early breakdown or departure unless approved in advance

  Important Policies:

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable, including for cancellations, no-shows, or weather-related issues

  • If you are unable to attend, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance

  • No-shows without notice may not be invited to future events

  • Must provide ALL documents: Updated Health Inspection Report & Permits and License

Line-Up at 5:45 PM | Parade Begins at 6:30 PM

We’re looking for walkers and golf cart drivers to help light up the night at our Christmas Wishes Lantern Parade—and we want YOU to be part of the magic!

How to Participate:
Walk in the parade with one of our glowing lanterns
Drive your golf cart, decked out in your most festive holiday lights and decorations
Bring your own lantern or use one provided by us—we'll have options available!
This is your chance to shine—literally! Whether you’re glowing with lights or cruising in a Christmas cart, your festive spirit will help kick off our holiday celebration in downtown.

***Full size vehicles and floats are not allowed in the parade.***

All participants must be at Flowery Branch Methodist Church by 5:45 PM for lineup. The parade will step off promptly at 6:30 PM and head toward downtown for the Tree Lighting and concert to follow.
