Christmas in the Park

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, all vendors must comply with the following health and safety guidelines: Vendors selling food or drink items must comply with all local and state health regulations. All food items must be prepackaged, shelf-stable, and prepared in an approved facility. No on-site food preparation is permitted. Food vendors must provide current health inspection documentation if required by the health department. Vendors who do not meet health requirements may be required to remove food items from sale. Booths, tents, and displays must be set up in a safe and stable manner. Tents must be properly weighted. No open flames, grills, heating elements, generators, or cooking devices are permitted unless approved in advance. Walkways and emergency access routes must remain clear at all times. Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and hazard-free booth area throughout the event. Any safety concerns, incidents, or injuries must be reported to Parks staff immediately. Vendors must follow all instructions from Parks staff, event officials, and emergency personnel. Failure to comply with health and safety guidelines may result in removal from the event.
