- Parade Theme: "Our Hometown Christmas Story"
- Parade Setup Time: 3:00PM — 5:30 PM
- Parade Judging Time: 5:30PM - 6:30PM
- Parade Start Time: 7:00PM
-Santa at the Courthouse 4:00PM-6:00PM
-Vendors around the Courthouse 4:00PM-9:00PM.
Vendor set up will be 1:00PM-3:30PM. Vendors are to be set up by 3:45PM.

Parking instructions
The parade lineup will be held in the Matthew's Field Parking lot. this lot will only be open to floats. All drop-offs will be done in the parking lot of the Upson-Lee Middle School.
