Vendors in this category are defined as a business that offers tangible products or services for purchase or informational in nature. This category also includes those that are recognized by CA BOE as 6015 retailers or Qualified Itinerants. Vendors in this category are limited to non-profit organizations for the express purpose of distributing and disseminating information and educational material. Distribution of water or food is not permitted. Any applicant applying to participate in the festival as a nonprofit must provide evidence of their non-profit status at time of application submission. Please click the Vendor Criteria Terms and Conditions link below to read FORPD vendor info and expectations. 

Vendors in this category are limited to non-profits, community groups, and businesses that will host a Holiday themed activity booth for the children and families at the event. All Activity Booths must adhere to the following requirements:

• No sales or soliciting allowed.
• Supply a hands-on Arts & Crafts project that can be taken with the child once completed or a Holiday themed Carnival Game the child may play to win a prize. Please note: Coloring Pages or Small Spin to Win Wheels or similar will not be accepted.
• The vendor is responsible for bringing all supplies, equipment, prizes, etc. The FORPD District has a limited number of Carnival Games that can be borrowed (please email Brittany at boneal@forpd.org to inquire about what is available).
• Vendors should plan to have enough supplies and prizes for a minimum of 250 children. The Arts & Crafts project or Carnival Game shall be the focus of the booth. However, the vendor may market themselves with a banner or signage at their booth and hand out a flyer or marketing material on their offerings

Calling all performers! The Fair Oaks Recreation & Park District is looking for talented performers and groups to bring festive cheer to our main stage at the Christmas in Fair Oaks Tree Lighting event! To be considered as a performer or demonstration group, please fill out the entire application form and submit no later than October 20th. We will continue to take applications after October 21,2025 as space allows. All Christmas in Fair Oaks entertainment must be family focused. No compensation will be paid to performer or demonstration group. Performances will be as early as 4:30pm and as late as 7:15pm. FORPD will do our best to work with your group but ultimately the performance time and details will be decided by FORPD and what works best for the event itself. FORPD will notify each individual or group after the October 20th deadline. Be sure to read through all the terms and conditions.
