The Holiday Market at The Mill is a two-day, family-friendly outdoor shopping event held at one of North Georgia’s most popular gathering spaces. We're curating a festive mix of makers, artisans, and small businesses to create a magical, high-traffic market experience for thousands of holiday shoppers.
Vendors will line the streets of our property, with tents provided by The Mill and a lively, festive atmosphere all weekend long. All accepted vendors must be present and operational for both days of the event. This is a juried market—applications will be reviewed based on product quality, booth presentation, and fit for the event.
We are offering two booth placement options:
✨ Standard Vendor Spaces
Standard vendor booths will be placed throughout the event footprint in designated high-traffic areas around The Mill property. All vendors receive a 10x10 or 10x20 tented space and are responsible for supplying tables, chairs, display setup, and any other materials.
10x10 Standard Space: $200
10x20 Standard Space: $400
A select number of premium 10x10 and 10x20 booth spaces are available in our highest foot-traffic area, located directly along our main strip. These vendors will enjoy the best visibility and may be featured in event marketing. Premium spaces are available by application only and are extremely limited.
10x10 Premium Space: $250
10x20 Premium Space: $450

This is a rain-or-shine event with no refunds for weather.
Booth fees are charged upon acceptance and are non-refundable after November 1, 2025.
Booth placement is determined by the Event Committee. Premium applicants may not receive premium placement if spaces are filled.

We're looking for food vendors who can serve high-quality, crowd-pleasing snacks or treats. Due to our non-compete policy, we are not accepting vendors who provide full meals such as burgers, tacos, personal pizza, bbq, etc. Acceptable food items include funnel cakes, shaved ice, fried oreos, popcorn, boiled peanuts, etc.
Please note: there is no power or water provided. You must bring your own generator and self-contained water supply if needed.
