Join us for an all-ages craft and art event at Chicken N Pickle, a bustling food hall that draws hundreds of shoppers and families! This is your chance to showcase your products, connect with the community, and be part of a festive, high-energy Art Walk experience.

Booth Spaces
Booths are assigned by the Event Host and confirmed upon arrival. Options include:

8 booths — 8' x 4' spaces (vendors provide their own 6 ft tables)
4 booths — 8' x 4' spaces (property provides 6 ft tables)
11 booths — 5' x 3' spaces (property provides 4 ft x 2.5 ft tables)

1 booth — 9' x 5' space (vendor provides 8 ft table)


Tips for vendors:

Bring handouts, freebies, or product samples to maximize visitor engagement.
Keep your space clean, organized, and inviting.
No smoking or alcohol consumption in the event area.
 
Event Participation
Payments are made via credit card.
Vendors must notify Elevate Vendor Events (EVE) at least two weeks in advance if unable to attend. No-shows without notice will be charged $100.
In the event of heavy snowfall (6 inches or more between 7:00–8:00 AM), a day-of cancellation decision will be made by 8:00 AM. Vendors will be rescheduled, but no refunds are issued.
Vendors may offer samples if following proper hygiene and sanitation. Samples must remain at the vendor booth.
 
Licensing, Insurance & Rules
Vendors must comply with all city, county, state, and federal regulations and provide required permits or licenses.
Food and beverage vendors must provide proof of $1,000,000 commercial general liability insurance and submit a liability waiver to EVE.
EVE reserves the right to select vendors and products to maintain a safe, high-quality, and enjoyable event experience.

Terms & Conditions
Times/Set Up: • Event hours from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM • Vendors may begin set up at 8:45 AM, but must check in with the Event staff by 9:30 AM and must be ready by 10:00 AM. • Vendors must be off of the premises by 3:00 PM • Vendors shall stay in designated space and open entire time until 2:00 PM • All vendors are responsible for personal booth set-up. Vendors shall stay in the designated space and shall not infringe on other vendors. Payment/Refunds/Cancellations: • All payments are made by credit card. • Participants who have signed up for an event must notify EVE two weeks in advance if they are unable to attend. If the vendor does not notify EVE of their absence two weeks prior, a $100 no show fee will be charged and no refunds are given. • • In the event that there is a projected snow fall of 6 inches or more on the day of the event, the decision will be made to cancel. Refunds are not issued for cancelled events due to the weather and all vendors will be rescheduled. Booth Spaces: • The Event Host assigns all designated spaces. The spaces will be designated upon arrival. • Additional space may be provided if available. • Have information and goodies! I.E Handouts, freebies. The more, the better! • Vendors must maintain the space assigned to them in a clean and sanitary condition. The space must be left in clean condition when leaving. No trash may be left at the Event. No smoking or consumption of alcohol by vendors in the Event area. Fees and Taxes: • All taxes, insurance and health permits are the vendor's responsibility. All local city/county and state taxes are the sole responsibility of the vendor. Elevate Vendor Events (EVE) will not be held liable for vendors actions and or taxes. Vendor Selectivity: • Elevate Vendor Events reserves the right to prohibit anyone from selling at the event or to prohibit any product from being sold there. These determinations will be made based on event demand, applicable laws and health codes, and the rules and regulations of Denver and at the Board of Directors’ discretion. Rules and regulations are subject to change for special event days and/or at the discretion and judgment of the Board of Directors. Enforcement of Rules: • Any violations shall be reported to the Event Host and Event Marketing Coordinator. Determination on how to handle each violation will be addressed. Any violation can result in expulsion of further events.
