Terms & Conditions – Chaoticon By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Chaoticon, you agree to abide by the following: General Conduct Chaoticon is a safe, inclusive space. Harassment of any kind—including verbal, physical, or online—is not tolerated. Cosplay is not consent. Always ask before taking photos, touching costumes, or interacting with another attendee’s props or belongings. Costumes and props must be family-friendly, comply with local laws, and not present safety hazards. Prop weapons must be clearly marked and peace-bonded by staff. Admission & Removal All attendees must wear their wristband or badge visibly at all times. Chaoticon staff and security reserve the right to deny entry, revoke admission, or escort out any attendee who violates these terms, engages in disruptive or unsafe behavior, or refuses to follow staff instructions. Tickets and wristbands are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued. Photography & Media By entering Chaoticon, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Personal photography and filming are welcome, but must not block walkways, disrupt panels, or harass other attendees. Liability & Safety Attendees assume all risks related to participation, including injury, property loss, or exposure to illness. Chaoticon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Emergency procedures and exits must be followed at all times. Caregiver / Companion Pass Policy Chaoticon is committed to creating an accessible and welcoming event for all attendees. Guests who require the assistance of a personal caregiver or support companion may request a free Caregiver Wristband. The Caregiver Wristband grants general admission access to accompany the attendee they are assisting. Caregiver Wristbands do not include separate photo ops, autographs, or VIP upgrades, but the caregiver may accompany the attendee into these activities if the attendee has purchased access. Each attendee who requires assistance is eligible for one Caregiver Wristband. Documentation of caregiving duties or proof of need may be required.
