Vendors...We are excited to have you! No refunds, no booth transferring, no booth or date exchanges and no booth reselling. If you are a no show no call you may forfeit future events with our company and forfeit any payments made for future events. Please communicate with us if you are unable to make it and we will do our best to handle the situation. This is a rain, snow, sunshine event. In the event that it is unsafe to hold the event due to weather, pandemic, or acts out of our control as determined by Denver Makers Market Inc / Colorado Markets Inc we will possibly credit towards your next event with us. Tent weights are required as the fire marshall will walk around to verify. You must have 50-75lbs of weight on each leg. We also recommend putting weights on racks, tables, displays as needed. By paying this invoice you accept the terms stated above. There is NO EARLY TEAR DOWN which is in your vendor agreement as well. It is a detriment to the shoppers, the other vendors and the event reputation when you tear down early. Event promoter has no control over individual vendor sales or traffic that comes to the market. Event Promoter (Colorado Markets Inc / Denver Makers Market Inc) is solely responsible for hosting the event and providing the space.Vendors are required to donate a $10 product donation to the Grand Giveaway with their business card attached. Vendors have the option to add a coupon, product sample, flyer to the 50 VIP Bags to help market their business at no cost to them. Please join our Facebook Vendor group:  If you add an item to your inventory you must let us know immediately. It will be at our discretion if you are able to add it to your booth. We do our best to have 10% of a category represented at each show and try not to oversaturate a category.  Setup starts 2 hours prior to event time. Tear down begins at event ending time and you have 2 hours to vacate premises. You are not welcome to stay longer unless specified by Denver Makers Market.
