Behavior & Conduct 1)Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow all posted rules and staff instructions. 2) Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund. Liability Waiver 1) By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in event activities. 2) The City of Temple, the Railroad & Heritage Museum, and event partners are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property. Photography & Media 1) Photos and video may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. Your attendance implies consent to be photographed or recorded. 2) No commercial photography or video recording is permitted without prior approval. Weather Policy 1) The event will proceed rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, organizers will notify attendees of changes or cancellations. Parking & Accessibility 1) Free public parking is available along W. Ave A and surrounding areas. 2) The Santa Fe Depot is ADA accessible; please contact us in advance for specific accommodations. Prohibited Items 1) No weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, or disruptive noise-makers are allowed. 2) Service animals are welcome; pets are not permitted.
