Castleberry Fall Craft Festival

The 18th Annual Castleberry Fall Craft Festival is a juried arts & craft event celebrating American-made, handcrafted work during the height of the autumn season. Produced by Castleberry Fairs, this professionally organized event attracts an engaged audience of shoppers who value quality, originality, and the handmade tradition.

We are seeking talented artisans and specialty food producers whose work reflects strong craftsmanship, thoughtful presentation, and originality.

Exhibitor Notes

Overnight parking is available by preregistration only. 

• Event Hours: Sat. 10-5 / Sun. 10-4
• Setup: Friday 2:00–7:00pm and Saturday 6:00–9:00am
• Pipe & Drape: Provided in the Auditorium only. Colors are black & Tan
• Application Deposit: A $100 deposit is required and will be charged upon approval.
• Payment Timing: Balances will be charged on or after September 9, 2026. Applications submitted on or after this date will be charged the full booth amount upon approval.
• Insurance: A Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) is required for exhibitors offering consumable goods (including food, candles, personal-care, aromatherapy, etc.).
• Specialty Food Requirements: Specialty food exhibitors must comply with all state and local health regulations. Castleberry Fairs will coordinate the required event food permit; however, exhibitors are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all applicable individual licenses, certifications, and approvals, and must be prepared to provide documentation as required by the Wilmington Board of Health.

Important – Food Exhibitors:
Pre-packaged specialty foods prepared off-site are accepted. On-site food preparation or concession vendors are not permitted at this location.
