Cash Party Volunteer Terms & Conditions By signing up to volunteer for the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival Cash Party, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Voluntary Participation I understand that my participation as a Cash Party volunteer is completely voluntary and that I am not an employee of the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival. Assumption of Risk I acknowledge that volunteering may involve certain risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation. Release and Waiver of Liability I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival, its officers, board members, employees, agents, sponsors, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation as a Cash Party volunteer, including claims resulting from negligence. No Liability for Personal Property I understand that the Festival is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal property brought to the event. Compliance with Rules and Instructions I agree to follow all Festival rules, policies, and instructions provided by event staff and Festival representatives while volunteering. Medical Treatment In the event of injury or illness, I authorize Festival representatives to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Photo and Media Release I grant permission to the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival to use photographs, video, or audio recordings of me taken during the event for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation. Acknowledgment and Signature I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand these Terms & Conditions. By typing my name below, I understand this acts as my electronic signature and signifies my agreement to these terms.
