CarmelFest is Indy's largest Independence Day celebration! Held July 3rd & 4th at Carmel Civic Square, the festival features live entertainment, delicious festival food, marketplace shopping, spectacular fireworks, and a patriotic parade.

Parking instructions

Parking is available at and around Carmel Civic Square, including nearby parking garages and lots. Please follow signs and staff directions. Accessible parking spaces are available. Consider carpooling or rideshare to reduce congestion.

Health & safety

For everyone's safety, please follow local health guidelines and any posted event instructions. Keep aisles clear, supervise children, and do not bring outside fireworks or hazardous items. Enjoy the festival responsibly and look out for one another.

Welcome! Food & Beverage Vendors
Thank you for your interest in participating in CarmelFest, one of the largest family‑oriented festivals in Indiana. This event is organized by a dedicated group of volunteers from the Rotary Club of Carmel. Each year, we welcome more than 50,000 attendees to enjoy the festivities and parade, culminating in an inspiring Symphonic Salute to America and a spectacular fireworks show.

Food & Non-Alcohol Beverage Vendors

This application is for food trucks, trailers, carts, and beverage vendors interested in serving food at CarmelFest. We value local food vendors, classic festival favorites, and a wide variety of menu options that create a great experience for all attendees. Vendors will not be required to share a percentage of their revenue.

To Apply:

Please submit your contact information, setup details, and a complete list of food and beverages you plan to offer. Applications are reviewed based on space availability, electricty requirements, timely payments, menu variety, and overall fit for the event.

Vendors will be notified if they are approved before May 31.

Approved vendors will receive next-step instructions through Eventeny, including payment, setup details, and event logistics.

MarketPlace Vendor Application
The CarmelFest MarketPlace is designed for local artists, makers, small businesses, and creative vendors who bring something fun, unique, and engaging to the festival experience. If you sell products, showcase creativity, or offer something that adds to the energy and variety of CarmelFest, this application is for you.

Businesses or organizations that plan to solicit services, collect leads, or primarily promote services must contact us before applying to discuss participation options. Please email Chairperson@carmelfest.net or Dryan@rtm.live.

To apply, complete and submit this application with your contact information, booth preferences, and a description of what you plan to offer. Our team will review all submissions and notify applicants if they are approved, waitlisted, or not selected.
