Parking instructions

Free parking is available on-site at 4104 Windsor Spring Rd for all Canvas & Culture guests. Please follow any posted signs to designated parking areas. Reminders: Parking is first-come, first-served. Do not block driveways, fire lanes, or neighboring properties. Carpooling is encouraged to maximize space. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping things smooth and safe for everyone. See you there!

General Safety Be aware of your surroundings and report any suspicious activity to event organizers immediately. Please do not touch artwork or vendor materials unless invited to do so. Keep personal belongings secure at all times. 2. Weather Preparedness This is a rain-or-shine event. Dress accordingly for outdoor conditions. In case of severe weather, announcements will be made with guidance on how to proceed. 3. Health Considerations If you are feeling unwell, experiencing flu-like symptoms, or have been recently exposed to someone with COVID-19 or another contagious illness, we ask that you stay home for the safety of others. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the event space. 4. Emergency Info In the event of an emergency, dial 911 immediately. A designated first aid kit will be available at the main check-in area. 5. Respect for All Canvas & Culture is a community celebration of art, culture, and unity. Please be respectful of all guests, artists, and volunteers. Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Thank you for helping us create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone!
