Camp Leavenworth 2025

Camp Leavenworth will occur September 26th & 27th at Leavenworth Landing Park in Leavenworth, KS. Makers must sell hand crafted goods, commercial vendors will not be accepted in this space.  Accepted vendors must pay a $100 vendor fee for a 10x10 space. Please note this is an application only. Accepted vendors will be notified no later than August 1st. Once accepted to Camp Leavenworth, you must confirm your attendance and your credit card will be charged. 

"Local Leavenworth" Makers must live within the city limits of Leavenworth. Local Leavenworth makers must sell handmade goods. All applicants must pay a $50 application fee to be considered for the Local Leavenworth area. All Local Leavenworth applications will be juried by event organizers, and vendors will be notified by September 1st if they are selected to participate.
 
Once accepted to the Local Leavenworth area, you must confirm your attendance. Your space will be a 10'x10' booth within a larger shared tent. Tables and chairs will be provided upon request.
