Approved vendors will be located inside the ticketed rodeo grounds, separate from the daytime festival area. By applying through this form, you are committing to participate on BOTH dates. We are expecting 2,000 attendees EACH night.

This application is for participation in the Calera Stampede Rodeo Festival event on Saturday, October 18th. Please note: Food trucks applying through this form is for food vendors participating in the daytime festival between the hours of 10am-4pm near the Calera Courtyard pavilion and is not located inside the ticketed rodeo grounds.

Please note: By submitting your application, you are confirming and approving these terms electronically.

This application is specifically for concessions-style vendors offering classic rodeo and fair treats such as funnel cakes, fried pies, cotton candy, candied apples, snow cones, pretzels, and similar snack items. These are non-meal items typically served as individual treats rather than full meals. Vendors offering full meal items (such as burgers, hot dogs, barbecue, sandwiches, or entrees) should apply under the separate Food Truck Vendor application. We are expecting 2,000 attendees EACH night.

 

This application covers both days of the Calera Stampede Rodeo happening Friday, October 17th and Saturday, October 18th. Approved vendors will be placed in the Corral area next to the rodeo grounds. By applying through this form, you are committing to participate on BOTH dates.

This application is for retail vendors offering merchandise that fits the rodeo and fair setting. Approved items include novelty souvenirs such as glow sticks, inflatable toys, light-up hats, and similar items, as well as specialty products like custom leather goods, western wear, boots, belts, buckles, handmade jewelry, rugs, western decor, and other artisan merchandise that add to the overall rodeo experience.  Examples include cowboy hats (including kids’ and light-up styles), boots, belts, buckles, Western décor, rodeo apparel, custom leather goods, glow sticks, inflatable toys, and other fun novelty items that add to the rodeo atmosphere. We are expecting 2,000 attendees EACH night.

 

This application is for participation in the Calera Stampede Rodeo on Friday, October 17th and Saturday, October 18th. All vendors applying through this form will be set up next to the rodeo grounds, right in the heart of the action. By applying, you agree to be present for both event days.

INDEMNIFICATION
By participating in the festival, all vendors accept full responsibility—individually and collectively—for any loss, personal injury, death, or damage resulting from their own actions or the actions of their employees, agents, or representatives.

 

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Calera Main Street, the City of Calera, event staff and volunteers, and the owners of the Calera Courtyard property from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from the vendor’s negligence or that of their team.

 

APPLICANT STATEMENT
By submitting this application, I agree to follow all Information, Terms, Conditions, Guidelines, and General Release requirements of the First Friday Festival. I understand that I am responsible for obtaining any and all required permits and licenses.

 

I also agree not to hold Calera Main Street, the City of Calera, or any affiliated individuals or organizations liable for any damages, claims, or issues related to the sale or distribution of my products.

This application is for the makers, bakers, crafters, small businesses, and creative entrepreneurs who want to join the fun (but maybe leave the rodeo to the cowboys). If you sell handmade goods, boutique items, art, candles, home décor, jewelry, baked treats this application is for you.

 

This application is for Saturday, October 18th only, during the daytime hours of 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, as part of the Calera Stampede Festival. Vendor booths will be set up near the pavilion in the Calera Courtyard, where all the daytime excitement, foot traffic, and family-friendly fun will take place.
