Vendor Hall at Calera Nerd Fest 2025

Date: November 8, 2025
Location: Calera Courtyard, Calera Main Street 

Calera Nerd Fest's Vendor Hall is sure to be a highlight for attendees. With a variety of fandom merch, fashion wear, games, collectibles, and more, you’re sure to find something you can’t wait to take home with you!

Vendor Details:

• Space Size: 8' x 8' space
• Cost: $100 per space
• Application Deadline: November 1, 2025
• Event Time: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • Exhibit Hall closes at 10:00 PM
• Location: Collectivus Event Center, 8267 US-31, Calera, AL
• Vendor Hall Hours: Vendors are required to be set up by 5:00 PM and remain until 10:00. Exhibit Hall to be cleared by 10:30 PM.

What You’ll Get:

• One 8’ x 8’ space to display and sell your creations
• Access to a diverse crowd of pop culture fans
• Opportunities to network with other artists, creators, and vendors

Artist Alley at Calera Nerd Fest 2025

Location: Calera Courtyard, Calera Main Street 

Calling all artists, crafters, and creators! Calera Nerd Fest invites you to showcase your talent and passion in our Artist Alley. This is a prime opportunity to share your unique work with a crowd of pop culture enthusiasts, collectors, and fellow creators. Whether you specialize in original artwork, fan art, prints, crafts, or handmade goods, this event is your chance to connect with fans and gain exposure.

Artist Alley Details:

• Space Size: 8'x8' space
• Cost: $50 per space
• Event Time: 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Exhibit Hall closes at 10PM)
• Location: Calera Courtyard and surrounding Main Street Merchants
• Artist Alley Hours: Artists are required to be set up by 5:00 PM and remain until 10:00 PM.

What You’ll Get:

• One 8’x 8’ space to display and sell your creations
• One 6’ table and two chairs (you may bring additional displays if they fit within your space)
• Access to a diverse crowd of pop culture fans
• Opportunities to network with other artists, creators, and vendors

Artist Requirements:

• All items for sale must be the artist’s original work or fan art inspired by licensed characters.
• Merchandise must be family-friendly and suitable for all ages.
• Artists must provide their own displays, materials, and any additional setup needs beyond what is provided.

Selection Process: Space is limited and applications will be reviewed based on quality, creativity, and variety of work. Priority will be given to artists whose work complements the overall theme of Calera Nerd Fest.
